- Are you unable to initialize your server? For example lost files, you can simply install one of our auto installers and patches through Add-ons at the game monitor. Way too easier than manual initialization.

- Are you encountering Agent Offline issue? Please be patient until agent is back up. That's basically due to maintenance which wouldn't take a few hours to be resolved.

- Are you unable to upload your server files? For example FTP doesn't work, unable to use our LiteFM and sure that the problem comes from our side, then post here.

- Your game is facing problems for example Failed to query server? That case you can read our knowledgebase before posting. Same goes for unknown gamemode issues.

- DO NOT Share personal identity here!

- This section is for requesting general help which doesn't cover script issues or lagging spikes problems, you can request for major problems assistance and massive corruptions e.g. Agent Offline for example.

Hey I have an idea, How about making a rules for the forum.

I have seen so many copy-pasted threads that may or may not be plagiarized depending on the owner worst is that most are not linking the original thread. I can also see users that are posting non-quality replies

i.e thanks for sharing, or nice.

maybe making some forum rules will make the forums a bit cleaner and less tedious for you guys. Well just saying since rules are always key to success.
