I recently had to convert a large Lotus Notes NSF file to PST format for Outlook, and I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else going through the same thing.
After doing a bit of research and trying a few methods, I found that the most reliable and efficient way to perfectly convert NSF to PST is by using a professional tool. Manual methods can be risky — they’re time-consuming, often result in data loss, and don’t preserve folder structures or attachments properly. I ended up using the eSoftTools NSF to PST Converter, and honestly, it made the process smooth and error-free. It allowed me to preview the NSF file contents before conversion, select specific folders (Inbox, Sent, etc.), and export everything — including emails, contacts, calendars, and attachments — into a fully usable Outlook PST file.
