I’ve been exploring different options for getting my manuscript published, but one thing that still confuses me is the book publishing cost. I’ve seen huge variations depending on whether you go the traditional, hybrid, or self-publishing route. Some services include editing, cover design, and marketing, while others charge separately for everything.
