I had the same problem last week turns out, it was a temporary server issue with the OK Win platform. What worked for me was reinstalling the latest version from their official site and logging in through the updated link.
You can use this official login page: OK Win App Login once I switched to this version, it logged me in instantly and the app stopped crashing.
Also, make sure you allow app permissions and use a stable network (especially if you’re on mobile data). Hope that helps!
