I was skeptical about all sorts of "magic numbers" until I tried fibonacci series trading in practice. I took the history for the last six months, tested it - and was shocked. Not always ideal, of course, but often the levels work as reversal or consolidation points. Now I use them in tandem with volumes and see a much clearer picture of the market.
