How to compress Outlook PST Files?
#4
If your Outlook PST file has become very large and Outlook is running slow, then I would recommend that you try ToolsBaer Outlook PST Compact Software. I have used it myself, and it reduced the size of my PST file to a great extent.

This software compresses the PST file safely without any data loss.
There is also an option to remove attachments or save them separately.
The interface is very simple, and no technical skills are required.

The best thing I found is that it can compress the PST file even without opening Outlook. If you are also troubled by large PST files, then definitely try it once.
