The EmailProHelp Office 365 Backup Tool provides a secure and efficient way to migrate Office 365 mailbox data, including emails, contacts, calendars, and more. Along with backup, it also allows restoring OST/PST files. The tool is compatible with all Windows OS and supports both backup and restore operations with ease.
Steps to Back Up:
1. Open the Office 365 Backup Tool and select Backup.
2. Enter valid Office 365 email credentials. (Enable Assign Impersonation to back up multiple mailboxes at once).
3. The software will automatically fetch all user IDs and mailbox folders from the account.
4. Select the desired user ID and mailbox folder to back up, then click Next.
5. Preview the selected mailbox folders. Choose the ones to back up and click Next.
6. From the format list, choose PST and proceed by clicking Next.
7. Set the destination path, apply necessary filters, and click Convert to start the backup process.
