If you fail a skills assessment or receive a negative assessment by Engineers Australia, you can apply for a reassessment with some changes and improvements. If you fail the skills assessment for plagiarism or any type of misconduct, the assessor, Engineers Australia may ban your candidature for 12 to 36 months. Consequently, after that time period, you are eligible to reapply for skill assessment.
