What are the best practices for automating repetitive tasks in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service?
I’m exploring ways to improve our service team's efficiency using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. We’re currently handling a lot of repetitive tasks manually—like sending status updates or assigning cases.
