Moving from Outlook for Mac to Outlook for Windows requires OLM to PST conversion because Windows Outlook supports PST files only. Using PDS OLM Converter Tool
, users can safely transfer their Mac Outlook data into Windows Outlook format.

Steps to Export OLM to PST
Download and install the software
Add the OLM file into the tool
Preview mailbox folders and emails
Select PST as the output format
Click Convert to start the process

After conversion, the PST file can be imported directly into Microsoft Outlook for Windows.
