I’ve been trying to make my trading study sessions more focused. Instead of browsing whatever catches my attention, I choose one synthetic index topic and spend time understanding it properly. A site I bookmarked has market guides, charts, and technical analysis resources that fit this approach: https://syntxwiki.com/. I can review the basics, write down questions, and return later to continue learning. This small change has made my research feel more organised and helps me avoid jumping between unrelated topics.
