You can quickly and securely remove passwords from Outlook PST files. I suggested using the ToolsBaer PST Password Recovery Tool. The tool provides a graphical user interface (GUI) that makes it possible for non-technical users to reset the password. Additionally compatible with ANSI and UNICODE PST file formats is the Remove Password from Outlook PST File.
