I’ve been using Vertex HCM’s employee attendance management system for a while, and I have to say, it's made things a lot easier for tracking attendance. Before this, we were doing everything manually, and it just wasn’t cutting it. With the system, everything’s automated employees clock in and out via the platform, and it updates in real-time, which is super helpful.
That said, there were a few hiccups when we first implemented it. I’m not sure if it was just a setup issue or if it was me not being familiar with the system, but I had trouble with some of the integration features initially. It got sorted, but it was a little frustrating at first.
Still, I think it’s definitely helped streamline attendance management for us. It’s not perfect, but I can’t imagine going back to manual tracking. Has anyone else used it? How’s your experience with attendance systems here in Pakistan?
