What Makes Shooter Hero Stand Out Among Other Games?

I’ve played dozens of shooting games, but https://shooterhero.net seems to have something special. The combination of smooth gameplay, diverse weapons, and mission depth feels unique. 

What do you think makes this game better than other shooters in the same genre? Is it the customization, multiplayer balance, or story mode? I’d love to know why players are so hooked on it.
