I have been using Outlook 2021 for quite some time, and recently it has started running slower than usual. I checked and found that my PST file size has become quite large, which I think might be the reason for the lag. I have already deleted some unnecessary emails and attachments, but the file size has not reduced much. Can anyone suggest the best and safest way to compact or compress a large PST file in Outlook 2021 without losing any data?
